COMMENTARY


As we have seen the chapter gave an account of names of the sons of Benjamin


We don't really have much to deal with, in this chapter

Benjamin gave birth to like 5 children, one of them was Bela,

Bela was picked, 

We have 5 children and only Bela was picked, and the account of his children ws given too, he wasn't the only child


I believe he was chosen because of his good works,how he lived his life, 

He must have lived well, before his name can be written in the Chronicles


Their names, were written according to how they lived and also ruled the people, their names might be written for a good or a bad report


These people were leaders

It is either they're been remembered for good or bad


We have this account of names even to the generation of kish, which is the father of saul


I hope we all remembered the story of saul.... How God chose him, he was living right from the beginning until he derailed from the way of the Lord And the spirit of God left him


He has a son too,  called Jonathan which was supposed to be king after him, but left it to David, because God has chosen David already


Even the son, Jonathan knew that the throne us not for him, he was one of the instrument God used in bringing David to that throne


We should all pray that God should make us relevant where ever we find ourselves


It doesn't matter if you deserve it or not. 

Just have it in mind that, if God be for you, no body can be against you

  READ FULL CHAPTER  HERE COORDINATOR:  AFOLABI JOSEPH OLAJIDE COMMENTARY Saul’s life can be summed up in one word – ‘unfaithfulness’: ‘he was unfaithful to the Lord’. This is a warning: Don`t become like Saul who ‘did not keep the command of the Lord… and did not seek guidance from the Lord’ (10:13-14). What a violent end for a violent man! Saul made many mistakes over the course of his life and time as king, but the greatest seemed to surround his relationship with God.  He refused to listen to  God’s leading time and time again and instead turned to Satan himself for guidance.
